Ema Tosevska

Ema Tosevska is a seasoned Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in leading software development projects in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Currently employed at IT Labs since April 2021, Ema focuses on delivering projects on time, within scope and budget, while guiding clients in process optimization and operational excellence. Prior to this role, Ema held various managerial positions at Seavus, including overseeing FinTech and Banking solutions and managing the Banking and Finance division.
