Catarina Silva has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Catarina started their career in 2018 at TalentSeed as a Human Resources Manager focusing on IT. Later in the same year, they moved to Grupo Clave where they worked as a 360-degree Human Resources Manager specializing in the IT sector. In 2019, they joined IT People Innovation where they initially worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist before being promoted to Talent Acquisition and Management. In 2020, they took on the role of Business Manager at the same company.

Catarina Silva began their education journey in 2015 when they enrolled at Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa for a Licenciatura degree in Ciências da Comunicação. Catarina pursued this field of study for a duration of three years and successfully completed their undergraduate degree in 2018.
