Kristen Henley

Kristen Henley is an experienced educator currently serving as an Assistant Preschool Teacher at It Takes A Village Family of Schools since January 2024. Prior to this role, Kristen worked as a Teacher at KinderCare Education from October 2021 to August 2023, and as a School Age Teacher at Marillac St. Vincent Family Services between January 2019 and April 2021, where responsibilities included data entry, creating a nurturing learning environment, and planning academic assistance. Additional experience includes substitute teaching at various charter and urban schools through Rose Educators and Parallel Education Division, volunteering at the Swedish American Museum, mentoring students through the Big Brother Big Sister Foundation, and supporting early childhood education as a Daycare Assistant and Camp Counselor. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Media Communications from Wilberforce University, achieved between 2009 and 2015.
