Maggie Wenthe has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Maggie started their career as a Senior Marketing Research Associate at Strategic Marketing Services, where they provided consulting services and developed marketing plans. Maggie then joined Gap, Inc. as an Associate Manager, overseeing sales, merchandising, and staff management. Maggie later worked at American Family Insurance as a Marketing Specialist, coordinating events and follow-up activities. Maggie also owned and operated their own business, Style Simplified, where they consulted on home organization and wardrobe selection. Additionally, they and their family owned Prairieview Pumpkins, a pumpkin farm that was open to the public each fall. Most recently, Maggie held leadership positions at ITA Group, Inc., where they directed marketing strategy and managed a team to generate revenue through global events, incentives, and recognition programs. Overall, Maggie has a strong background in marketing strategy, event coordination, and leadership.

Maggie Wenthe obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and Business Administration from the University of Northern Iowa from 1997 to 2001. Maggie also holds additional certifications including Certified Engagement Practitioner from the Enterprise Engagement Alliance in 2017, Incentive Professional from the Incentive Marketing Association in 2015, and Pragmatic Marketing Level VI from Pragmatic Marketing in 2015.
