Caroline Fiedler

Caroline Fiedler has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Currently, they are the Sales Director at ITAB Group, where they are responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Caroline manages a sales team, monitors their performance, and maintains relationships with major clients.

Caroline is also a Member of VL18 at VL - Dansk Selskab for Virksomhedsledelse.

Previously, Caroline worked as an Engagement Manager at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. and served as an Advisory Board Member for PIF and Milton Around the World. Caroline also held positions such as Head of Engagement for Northern Europe and NL at Specsavers, Head of Innovation & Concept Development at Matas A/S, and EUR Director for Concept Development & Execution at Circle K Europe, where they led transformation and cost optimization projects.

Caroline's early career includes roles at Lezay Skincoach. app and Coop I Danmark, where they held various concept development and project management positions.

Caroline Fiedler obtained a Diplom (FH) University of Applied Sciences degree in Industrial Design from Pforzheim University between 1995 and 2000. Caroline also participated in an exchange program at Arkitektskolen Aarhus during the same period. In 2010-2011, Caroline attended TietgenSkolen, where they pursued studies in Management & Business Administration. In 2020, they obtained certifications as a Personal trainer & Fitness Coach and Nutrition Coach from Trænerakademiet. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc degree in Industriel Design from Pforzheimer University, which they completed between 1995 and 1999. Caroline has also obtained various certifications including Excel: PivotTables for Beginners and Business Development: Strategic Planning from LinkedIn, as well as certifications in Communication with Transparency and as a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer - Health Fitness Instructor from Træner Akademiet.
