Marcello Sgarbi

Marcello Sgarbi has worked as an Infotainment System Engineer at Italdesign starting from January 2022. Before that, they held the role of a Consultant Engineer at Altran from September 2019 to December 2021, where they focused on the automotive industry. Marcello also gained experience as an Internship Trainee at FEV Italia s.r.l. from October 2018 to June 2019, where they worked on developing a heuristic optimization management algorithm for reducing traffic congestion.

Marcello Sgarbi completed their education from 2011 to 2015 at the Università degli Studi di Ferrara, where they obtained a degree in Ingegneria meccanica (Mechanical Engineering). Marcello then pursued further studies from 2016 to 2019 at the Politecnico di Torino, where they earned a Laurea Specialistica (Specialist Degree) in Mechatronic Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Marcello Sgarbi has also obtained several certifications. In February 2019, they completed the eCARS1x: Electric Cars: Introduction course from the Technical University of Delft. In March 2020, they received certification in C Programming with Linux from edX. Lastly, in February 2023, they became Scrum Master Certified (SMC) through the SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile.
