Martin Tvarožek

Martin Tvarožek has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Martin started as a Junior Engineer at Emerson Network Power in 2014 and later worked as a Manufacturing Team Lead at STUBA Green Team. In 2015, they interned at Volkswagen Slovakia in the Planning Department, where they gained valuable experience in lean manufacturing and planning. Martin then joined TU Darmstadt Racing Team as a Team Member, focusing on chassis and aerodynamics. Martin continued their education and worked as a Research Assistant at Technische Universität Darmstadt in 2020. The following year, they joined SEMIKRON as a Manufacturing Process Specialist, contributing to an industrialization project team and achieving significant improvements in production line productivity. In 2022, they moved to Abylsen as a Consultant before joining Italdesign in 2023 as a Performance Engineer. Martin's experience includes manufacturing, engineering, research, project management, and lean optimization.

Martin Tvarožek's education history is as follows:

From 2016 to 2020, Martin attended Technische Universität Darmstadt and obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in MB Mechanical and Process Engineering.

In 2015 to 2016, they studied at Technische Universität Darmstadt as part of the Erasmus+ program, focusing on Mechanical Engineering.

From 2012 to 2015, Martin attended Slovenská technická univerzita v Bratislave and earned a Bachelor's degree. Their field of study included Production Technique and Quality of Production.

In 2010 to 2011, they attended Cabrillo High School in Lompoc, USA, where they completed their high school education.

In terms of certifications, Martin obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from The Knowledge Academy in May 2021. Martin also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from the same institution in May 2021.

Additionally, Martin obtained certifications in StarCCM+ from Technische Universität Darmstadt in January 2017, and in MS Office 2010 from Newport Group, a.s. in September 2014.

In June 2014, they obtained certifications in NX8.5 CAD, including Modeling, Drawing, Assembly, and Freeform, from SOVA Digital a.s.
