Massimiliano Cicuttin has extensive work experience in the automotive industry. Massimiliano began their career as a Stage on Real Time engine models for Hardware in the Loop (HIL) simulators at Fiat Group in 2012. Massimiliano then joined Centro Ricerche Fiat in 2013, where they initially worked as a Research fellow in Diesel Engine Applications before transitioning into the role of Application engineer - Engineer in Diesel Engines, Development, and Applications. In 2018, they moved to Italdesign, where they currently hold the position of Project Leader. Prior to their current role, they worked as an Engine calibration specialist - Application Engineer in DIESEL ENGINES until December 2019.

Massimiliano Cicuttin earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Automotive Engineering and Propulsion System Development from Politecnico di Torino, completing their studies from 2006 to 2012. Massimiliano also attended the same institution at some point for an unspecified period, but it is unclear if they pursued a degree during that time. Prior to their studies at Politecnico di Torino, Cicuttin obtained a Diploma Liceo Scientifico from Liceo Scientifico Ettore Leonida Martin. The specific field of study for their diploma is unknown.
