Barbara Aglioti

Barbara Aglioti has over 10 years of experience in human resources management. Barbara currently serves as the Corporate Human Resources Manager at Italmatch Chemicals Spa since October 2019. Prior to this, Barbara worked as an HR Officer & Training Coordinator at Lincoln Electric from 2014 to 2018. Barbara also worked as a Human Resources Consultant at MIXURA from 2010 to 2013, where they focused on people development and training, as well as compensation and benefits. Barbara's earlier experience includes working in the HR Department at Ansaldo STS in 2009, where they were responsible for recruitment and selection, employee career development, and administrative activities.

Barbara Aglioti obtained a Bachelor's degree in Expert in Training Programs from Università degli Studi di Genova in 2006. Barbara then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca from 2006 to 2009. In 2015, they completed a course in Inglese - Upper Intermediate at Pearson College London. Furthermore, in 2017, Barbara participated in a program on Privacy European Regulation at Confindustria Genova - Ausind and received a Grey Belt Six Sigma certification from Lincoln Electric Italia. In 2016, they completed a course on Payroll at Confindustria Genova - Ausind and another course on Project Management at Gruppo Galgano.
