Dave Singer serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at ITC Federal and has held various senior leadership positions including Sr. Growth Executive at MetroStar, Vice-President and General Manager for the Public Sector at Paravision, and Vice-President of Business Development at TechFlow, Inc. Additionally, Dave was the President of OMNIPLEX World Services Corporation, leading the OMNISEC division. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Organizational Management from The George Washington University and completion of the Program for Executives in Logistics and Technology at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
