Jesse Bergeron

Jesse Bergeron has extensive experience in service delivery and project management within the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Service Delivery Manager and Program Manager at ITC Global since May 2013. Previously, at Inmarsat from January 2007 to December 2012, Jesse held the position of Director of Service Delivery, overseeing Global Communications solutions for remote areas and leading various operational groups while developing initiatives in training, health and safety, quality assurance, and customer support. Earlier roles included Manager of Methods & Procedures at Inmarsat, where Jesse implemented QA/QC processes using the ITIL framework, and Project Manager/Customer Manager at Stratos Global, where project mapping and milestone achievements were a focus. Jesse's career began in the US Navy as a RadioMan, providing essential communications support from March 1986 to March 1994.
