Karly Baker

Karly Baker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in website services and project management. Currently serving as the Manager of Website Services at Zywave since January 2021, Karly is responsible for monitoring key performance indicators and enhancing the client journey while driving business impact. Prior to this role, Karly held the position of Onboarding Project Manager at Insurance Technologies Corp. (acquired by Zywave), overseeing website design projects and ensuring seamless client transitions. Karly began the career as a Website Coordinator and has also worked in various roles, including In House Designer at VIVO Realty and Assistant Manager at Hibbett Sporting Goods. Karly holds a Bachelor's Degree in Visual Arts with a focus on Graphic Design from Texas Woman's University and an Associate of Arts from Tyler Junior College.
