Reports to: PMO Team Leader

Job Purpose: The Project Manager is responsible for the overall definition, implementation and completion of assigned projects. They will ensure alignment is maintained with the overall corporate strategy, commitments and goals, and delivery is conducted consistent with standards, policies and processes in force and as updated from time to time.

The Role will Involve:

  • Facilitating accurate definition of project scope, goals and deliverables

  • Definition, planning and implementation of projects and tasks

  • Identifying resource requirements and negotiating fulfilment from resource pool

  • Developing full-scale project and programme plans.

  • Managing projects end-to-end, including budgets, plans, schedules and deliverables using appropriate tools

  • Central point for all requests relating to assigned projects or programmes.

  • Maintaining and running regular and ad-hoc reporting for resource utilisation, project status and KPIs as needed

  • Tracking projects to maintain a real-time picture of status and priority, facilitating adaptability in the face of changing business priorities

  • Developing positive relationships across the Project Team and Company to ensure communication is open and transparent, facilitating early identification of issues and risks, and agile exploitation of business opportunities

  • Understanding deliverables to both internal and external customers

  • Maintaining understanding of ITC and, where required, Customer policies and procedures relevant to the Project Delivery activities we undertake

  • Undertaking other duties from time to time as required

We are Looking for Someone With:

  • PRINCE2 Practitioner certification or equivalent

  • An ITIL certification (desirable)

  • Proven experience in on-boarding SIEM and Network Deployment projects with Transition to Service Operations

  • Proven experience providing Project Management in fast-paced Cyber Security IT environments facing customers

  • Proven experience in managing complex programmes of work

  • Strong financial management and business acumen

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels

  • Experience working with Microsoft Project or equivalent project task planning tools

  • Good understanding ITIL processes and ISO processes as applicable to ITC

Working Hours: Normal working hours are 7.5 hours a day - Monday – Friday

Working Location: This role is based in our Canary Wharf office, which is operating a hybrid model of remote working with two days in the office
