Ben Harding

Ben Harding has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies. Ben started their career with Myriad in 1996, where they worked in sales for two years. Ben then joined IBM in 2003 and worked in sales for three years before moving to Sybase 365 in 2006. At Sybase 365, they worked as a Regional Sales Manager for six years. In 2012, Ben joined SAP as a Regional Sales Manager for Europe and was later promoted to Regional Sales Director in 2015. Ben played a crucial role in the green field development of the European market for interconnect and data roaming services. Ben continued to excel and was promoted three more times within SAP. In 2017, they joined Tata Communications as an Associate Director, where they led the sales teams for the Service Provider Group in Europe and also managed the mobility sales across Europe and the Americas. Their responsibilities included strategic development of key accounts and acquiring new large accounts. Ben's most recent role is with ITC Secure, where they work as a Channel Sales Manager, starting in October 2020.

Ben Harding completed their primary and secondary education at Wycliffe College from 1981 to 1992, where they obtained their GCSEs and A Levels. Ben then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies at the University of Lincoln from 1992 to 1996, graduating with a 2:1. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the CybSafe Certification in Security Awareness from CybSafe in October 2020.
