Fernando Cavalheiro

Fernando Cavalheiro's work experience starts in 2006 with Telefonica as a Service Desk Analyst, providing remote support and troubleshooting network issues. Fernando worked there until 2009. In 2013, they joined ABYARA Brasil Brokers Intermed. Imob. S/A as a Real Estate Agent/Supervisor, assisting buyers and coordinating sales team activities. From 2014 to 2015, they were an Airport Operations Specialist at GOL Linhas Aéreas, supervising various airport processes. In 2016, they worked as a Bellperson at Holiday Inn & Suites Orlando Universal, ensuring excellent customer service and taking care of the lobby. In 2019, they had two roles: as a Waiter at PizzaExpress, and as an Amazon Flex Driver at B&R Couriers LTD until October 2021. Fernando then briefly worked as a Cable Technician at F&W Networks and as an IT Support Technician at Cinco Amor Ltd. from November 2021 to July 2022. Most recently, from June 2022 to April 2023, they worked as a Junior Network Engineer at Unified Consultancy Limited, where they gained experience in network equipment configuration and troubleshooting. Currently, they are working as a Network Security Engineer at ITC Secure, starting in April 2023.

In 2005, Fernando attended Anhanguera Educacional and studied Computer Science for a brief period. Fernando later pursued a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy/Therapist from Anhanguera Educacional, which they obtained between 2007 and 2010.

In 2012 and 2013, Fernando enrolled at Extecamp Unicamp to pursue a Postgraduate Degree in Orthopedics and Traumatology.

In February 2022, they earned the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft. Additionally, in March 2022, they obtained the Google IT Support Certificate from Google. Furthermore, in July 2022, they achieved the Juniper Networks Certified Associate, Junos (JNCIA-Junos) certification from Juniper Networks. Finally, in December 2022, they completed the Introduction to Cybersecurity certification from Cisco, and in April 2023, they obtained the CybSafe Certification in Security Awareness from CybSafe.
