J Albright

J Albright has extensive experience in project management and information technology. They most recently served as a Project Manager at iTech AG, where they led the project management office (PMO) and managed enterprise projects and staff. Prior to that, they worked as a Lead Project Manager at Citizant, overseeing projects and staff within the EOIR PMO.

They also worked as a Consultant at J-Rho Consulting, providing custom network solutions to small and medium-sized companies. Additionally, they served as a Senior Technical Director at ICF, directing technology projects and acting as a subject matter expert for senior executives and cross-functional teams.

Before that, they held positions at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the National Association of Child Care Resource and Referral Agencies, and the Illinois Network of Child Care Resource and Referral Agencies, where they provided technical direction, managed budgets, and oversaw IT solutions to improve efficiency and data accuracy.

Earlier in their career, J Albright worked as a Consultant, Systems Engineer, Network Engineer, and Programmer at DMi Technology Group, and as an Office Manager, Network Administrator, and Programmer at Rock Island County Abstract and Title Guaranty Company. They have a strong background in technology, project management, and leadership.

J Albright obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Regents College in the years 1998 to 2001. They later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Technology at Excelsior University, starting in 2019 and expected to complete in 2023. In addition to their academic qualifications, J Albright has obtained various certifications throughout their career.
