Mika James

Mika James is an experienced professional in training and customer service, currently serving as a Senior Trainer at itelbpo Smart Solutions since February 2018, specializing in training for the Speedy Loan account and From You Flowers. Prior to this role, Mika worked as a Digital Care Specialist at Vistaprint Corporate, providing customer support and account management from July 2015 to October 2017. Experience also includes a position as a Team Manager at Sutherland Global Services Jamaica, where Mika led a team and fostered a positive work environment from May 2013 to October 2014, and as a Commercial Training Executive at Claro Jamaica, where training materials and sessions were developed from September 2009 to September 2011.
