Lalitha Mahadavan Mba

Lalitha Mahadavan holds a MBA and MD degree and has a diverse work experience in the field of pharmacovigilance and pharmaceutical medicine. Lalitha Mahadavan currently serves as the VP and Head of Pharmacovigilance at iTeos Therapeutics. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant in Pharmaceutical Medicine at the General Medical Council. Lalitha Mahadavan has also held roles such as Head of Safety and Pharmacovigilance at BerGenBio ASA, Cross Asset Safety Physician at Mereo BioPharma, and Director Clinical and Medical Affairs at Boyds. Additionally, Lalitha has experience as a Revalidation Appraiser and a member of the Board of Trustees at the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine. Lalitha Mahadavan has also founded their own consulting firm, Ellaria Consulting Limited. Lalitha has worked at reputable companies such as Biogen, The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, and Johnson & Johnson, where they held various positions related to medical safety and benefit risk management.

Lalitha Mahadavan holds an MBA in Executive Business Administration from the Imperial College Business School, which was obtained with a Merit distinction between 2016 and 2018. Lalitha Mahadavan is also a Consultant in Pharmaceutical Medicine accredited by the General Medical Council. In 2011 to 2016, Lalitha completed their training in Pharmaceutical Medicine, earning an MFPM (Member of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine) from the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine. Prior to that, they obtained their MD (Medical Doctorate) from the Peninsula College of Medicine and Dentistry between 2008 and 2010. Lalitha became a Member of The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (MRCS(Ed)) from The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2006. Lalitha Mahadavan began their educational journey in 1997, earning an MB ChB degree from the University of Liverpool. Additionally, in 2018, Lalitha obtained an FFPM (Fellow of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine) degree from the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine.
