Paulina Tyczyńska

Paulina Tyczyńska has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Paulina currently works as a Senior IT Acquisition Specialist at Itera since January 2023. Prior to that, they were an IT Recruiter & HR Generalist at Diagnostyka Digital Hub from March 2022 to January 2023. From October 2020 to March 2022, they worked as an IT Recruiter at Software Mind. Before that, they were a Junior HR Specialist at Forglass Sp. z o.o. from February 2019 to April 2020. Paulina also worked as a Junior IT Recruiter at Britenet from July 2018 to January 2019, and as a Junior Recruiter at Adecco Poland from June 2017 to July 2018.

Paulina Tyczyńska completed their education at Jagiellonian University from 2019 to 2021. During this time, they obtained a degree called Magister (Mgr) in the field of study called Psychologia w zarządzaniu (Psychology in Management).
