Emily Steele

Emily Steele, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources & IT at People Results since October 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Corporate Director of Human Resources at TRAX International Corporation from August 2021 to October 2023, and Division Director of Human Resources at the Texas Association of School Boards from February 2020 to June 2021. Emily also worked as Principal Consultant at Lope Consulting while pursuing a master's degree from 2018 to February 2020, and held various positions within Empower AI from 2009 to 2018, including Human Resources Director. Earlier in their career, Emily held multiple roles at BDP International from 2001 to 2009, culminating as Human Resources Supervisor. Emily earned an MBA from Baylor University between 2018 and 2019 and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix from 2007 to 2013.
