Duy Nguyen

Duy Nguyen is the current General Manager of The Mellon Factor, one of the most profitable restaurants in the Rocky Mountain Region. Duy has been with the company since April 2013 and has played a key role in its success.

Under Nguyen's leadership, The Mellon Factor has successfully implemented the EOTF (Experience of The Future) roll out, which has resulted in an increase in sales of 17% during the 2017 fiscal year. Nguyen has also been instrumental in training and developing the management team to enforce McDonald’s Golden standards and strict food safety policies. Duy's commitment to excellence has resulted in a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Duy Nguyen graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Duy then completed a Data Analytics Bootcamp at the University of Arizona. Duy is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in International Business and Marketing from W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
