André Lemos

As VP of Product at iText Software, André Lemos is responsible for the company’s overall product vision and product strategy. Part of his mission is to advance the company’s position as a leader and innovator in the PDF technology space, as well as further penetrate the digital documents marketplace with iText’s highly acclaimed PDF libraries and document solutions.

André joined iText Software in 2019 as a Technical Product Manager, but soon took on the role of Global Lead of Product and Services. Since 2021, he’s been serving iText as VP of Product, and leads the product management team, the customer support team, and the pre-sales team.

Born and raised in Portugal, he discovered a passion for programming at an early age, as his father had a development shop which led to him starting his career in the IT industry as a specialized and focused programmer.

His professional path has revolved around a variety of critical projects. André expanded his technological skills and management experience by participating in projects across a wide range of industries; from the aerospace industry and government to medical devices (where he took on new challenges as CTO, developing project management skills and advancing his technical knowledge). Previous employers include PLUX – Wireless Biosignals, onCaring, Critical Health and Critical Software.
