Michał Woźniak

Michał Woźniak began their work experience in 2016 as an Intern and Junior Recruitment Consultant at IPK Sp. z o.o., where they actively participated in recruitment processes, handled candidate databases, conducted CV analysis, and prepared recruitment reports. Michał also engaged in direct search and communicated with candidates through email and phone. From October to November 2017, Michał worked as an Intern in the HR Department at Scalac. In April 2018, they joined bingo HR as a Junior Recruitment Specialist for a few months. Then, in October 2018, they became a Junior Recruitment Specialist at Develocraft, where they continued to develop their skills until February 2020. Currently, Michał works at ITFS sp. z o.o. as an IT Recruiter, responsible for recruitment in the IT and Engineering sectors. Michał'sresponsibilities include conducting interviews, managing the end-to-end HR administration process, selecting candidates based on project needs, and maintaining the recruitment database.

Michał Woźniak attended Uniwersytet SWPS wz. Sopot from 2012 to 2017, where they obtained a Magister (Mgr) degree in Psychology.
