Sushil Kumar

Sushil Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Sushil is currently serving as the Director of Products at ITILITE since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Scripbox, a fintech startup, where they held multiple positions. From April 2021 to March 2022, they served as the AVP Product, Engagement Squad, leading the engagement product vertical. Sushil was responsible for developing products that allowed users to manage their wealth. From April 2020 to March 2021, they worked as the Lead PM, Financial Engagement Product, focusing on optimizing the product experience. And from August 2019 to March 2020, they served as the Lead PM, New Acquisitions, responsible for supporting the digital marketing team and improving the product experience for customers.

Before joining Scripbox, Sushil worked at Upwardly, a fintech startup that was later acquired by Scripbox. From March 2018 to July 2019, they held the position of AVP Product and was the sole product manager, overseeing all product initiatives.

Prior to their time at Upwardly, Sushil co-founded Chymera VR, where they served as the Founder, Product & Tech. Sushil contributed to the development of an AdTech product that aimed to enhance the engagement of advertisements using virtual reality. Before that, they operated Chymera VR as a consultancy agency, offering virtual reality services to the real estate and advertising industries.

Sushil also gained industry experience during their internships. In 2013, they interned at Zovi.com, where they worked on streamlining the textile sourcing process. In 2011, they interned at Qualcomm, where they automated testing modules for video encoder and streaming as part of a project.

Sushil Kumar completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay from 2008 to 2012. Sushil then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad from 2012 to 2014.
