Vincent Fassbender

Vince Fassbender is an accomplished marketing and business development professional with extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives. Currently serving as the Head of Marketing at ITJ, Vince has successfully aligned marketing efforts with pipeline objectives while enhancing campaign performance through real-time KPI tracking. As the Founding Underwriter for the San Diego Chapter of Inspire Leadership Network, Vince contributes to community leadership. Previously, Vince held strategic roles such as Chief Strategy Advisor at L O R E, where a comprehensive business development strategy was executed, and Director of Solutions Marketing at Lighthouse, where market processes were streamlined. During a successful tenure at Seek Thermal, Vince contributed to the company's growth as the second-largest thermal imaging provider globally, fulfilling roles from Global Marketing Manager to Interim Director of Sales. Vince's educational background includes a Master's degree in International Marketing from Hult International Business School and a Bachelor's degree in General Management from CBS International Business School.
