Preeti Kaushal

Preeti Kaushal is an experienced Training Manager at ITM Group of Institutions since December 2017, specializing in the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs for faculty, staff, and students. Responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, creating and updating training materials, coordinating training sessions, evaluating program effectiveness, and collaborating with external trainers. Previous experience includes roles as Deputy Manager - Training and Soft Skills and Communication Trainer, where Preeti conducted career coaching, resume building, and interview preparation for over 500 mentees each semester. Earlier, roles at Serco and Oberoi Hotels & Resorts involved training and quality control, delivering soft skills training, and assessing communication competencies. Preeti holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from DAV College, Dehradun.
