Paul Kershaw

Paul Kershaw is a Production Process Engineer at ITM Power since April 2021, with extensive experience in engineering roles spanning several decades. Prior to this position, Paul served as a Pre-Production Engineer at Kostal UK Ltd from February 1996 to April 2021 and held various engineering roles at The Tempered Spring Company from August 1986 to February 1996, including Productions, Applications and Prototype Engineer. Early career experiences include multiple positions at Wask Engineering, such as Production Planning and Control Assistant and Technical Assistant, as well as an apprenticeship as a Pattern Maker from 1978 to 1983. Paul Kershaw holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Sheffield Hallam University, a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Engineering Production from the University of Birmingham, and a T.E.C. Higher Certificate in Cast Metals Technology from Airedale and Wharfedale College of Further Education.
