Cynthia Biennestin

Cynthia Biennestin currently serves as Responsable du succès client at ITONICS - The Innovation OS, monitoring client onboarding and platform adoption to enhance customer satisfaction, a role commenced in January 2024. Previously, Cynthia held the position of Customer Success Manager at Braineet from January 2022 to September 2024, where assistance was provided to clients in implementing innovative solutions. Early experience includes coordinating activities at the Association Florimont and managing event projects at Hillsong Church London, contributing to large-scale events at the O2 Arena and Wembley.
