Rebecca Bradshaw

Rebecca Bradshaw's work experience includes their current role as Head of People at ITPEnergised, where they focus on building a People Strategy, talent development, recruitment, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Before that, Rebecca took a small break from work before their next challenge. Rebecca previously worked as an HR Advisor at The Action Group, a People Services Officer at the National Trust for Scotland, and a People Manager at Morrisons. Rebecca also has experience as a Store Manager at Hotter Shoes and Marks and Spencer, and as an Assistant Manager at Aldi UK.

Rebecca Bradshaw obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Resource Management from Anglia Ruskin University, which they attended from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business Management (Honours) with a focus on Management, Accounting, and Finance from the University of Essex, from 2000 to 2003.
