Arnaud Richards

Arnaud Richards has extensive work experience in sales and management roles in the financial technology industry. Arnaud started their career at Indus International as a Pre-sales Consultant before moving on to Saratoga Systems as a Pre-sales Consultant. Arnaud then joined Clarify Inc (Nortel Networks) as a Sales Executive, followed by Strategic Asset Management Solutions (SAMS) as a Sales Consultant.

In 2003, Richards joined Thomson Financial as a Solutions Sales Executive, responsible for new business sales in the asset management and hedge fund sectors. Arnaud then joined Panopticon Software as a Senior Sales Consultant before moving to Quod Financial as the Head of Sales, Europe and North America. In this role, they were responsible for new business sales and account management.

Subsequently, Richards worked at Fiserv as a Senior Sales Executive, specializing in post-trade confirmation, matching, and settlement software. Arnaud later became the EMEA Sales Director, Investment Services and Risk & Compliance, managing new business sales and account management teams.

Most recently, Richards held various positions at ITRS Group, starting as a Sales Director for their real-time streaming analytics and big data platform. Arnaud then became the Global Head of Channel Partners, configuring a partner model to enhance ITRS products. Later, they were appointed as the Head of EMEA Sales, defining a multi-product go-to-market strategy.

Throughout their career, Richards has demonstrated their ability to grow businesses, manage sales teams, and implement successful sales strategies.

Arnaud Richards obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies and IT from the University of Gloucestershire, where they attended from 1993 to 1997.
