Louise Loughlin has a diverse work experience in digital marketing and management roles. Louise is currently the Head of Digital Marketing at ITRS Group since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the European Digital Marketing Manager at Sharp Europe from 2017 to 2022. Louise also served as the Manager, International Marketing Programmes at Information Builders in 2016, where they were responsible for planning and implementing international marketing campaigns. Before that, they held the position of Digital Sales and Marketing Lead at QA Ltd from 2014 to 2016. From 2007 to 2013, Louise worked at Microsoft in various roles, including Global Digital Lead and EMEA Head of Direct and Digital Marketing. Louise has also gained experience at companies such as O2 UK, Ladbrokes eGaming, BT, BSkyB, and Tiscali in marketing and management positions.

Louise Loughlin attended St. Bernard's Convent School from 1986 to 1990, where they completed their GCSE's. Louise then attended Windsor & Maidenhead College from 1990 to 1992, earning their A-Levels in French, Psychology, and Business Studies. Louise went on to study at Middlesex University from 1994 to 1997, achieving a BA Hons in Marketing. In 1999, they attended The Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing and obtained a Professional Diploma in Direct Marketing.
