America Lemus began their work experience in 2017 as a Central Processing Specialist at Mercantile Bank of Michigan. America worked in this role from January 2017 to July 2018. In 2021, they joined Highland Group as an Account Coordinator, where they worked from March 2021 to December 2022. Currently, America holds the position of Partner Success Manager at ITS Partners, starting in February 2023.
