Eric Rivera is an experienced Client Services Manager with a background in client support and technology services. At ITsavvy since January 2022, Eric assists clients with on-site repair capabilities and manages inventory and training for Chromebook repairs. Prior to this role, Eric served at Technology Resource Advisors, Inc. from October 2015 to January 2022, where support was provided to school districts for White Glove services and on-site repair capabilities for Chrome devices. Eric's career began at Best Buy, where from January 2000 to June 2015, leadership and management roles were held within Geek Squad, along with responsibilities in sales and training through the Geek Squad Academy. Eric is also a recipient of the Innovation Award and has participated in partnerships with the SE Wisconsin Make-A-Wish Foundation.
