Mark Dowd

Mark Dowd is an experienced professional currently serving as a CEMA Instructor at ITSC Secure Solutions since August 2022. Prior to this, Mark's extensive career in the US Army spanned 15 years, holding various positions including Executive Assistant and multiple roles in Signals Intelligence (SIGINT). Notably, Mark designed a 32-page preparatory course for the Joint Cyber Analysis Course and developed a Student Tracker to enhance administrative efficiency for approximately 50 students annually. Mark's military experience includes managing teams, overseeing SIGINT operations, and conducting aerial surveys in support of combat operations. Educational background includes a High School Diploma earned at Western High School and relevant training at Cochise College.
