Iman Lamrani has extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Iman is the Founder of Eximium, a coaching, recruitment, and development agency that specializes in creating high-performing teams for fast-growing companies. Iman has also held positions such as Head of Recruitment at itsme Digital ID, where they were responsible for recruitment strategies. Previously, they served as the Head of Recruitment at the Belgian Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce in Great Britain and the Belgian-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce in Barcelona, providing HR and recruitment services to members in various industries. Iman has also worked with companies like Intigriti, Teamleader CRM, Radix, intuo.io, Spott, and Secure Code Warrior, where they played key roles in talent acquisition and recruitment, contributing to the growth and success of these organizations.

Iman Lamrani's education history begins in 2009 when they attended Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen - Vlaamse Autonome Hogeschool. Iman completed their Bachelor's degree in Communication Management in 2012. In 2012, Iman Lamrani joined the Institute for European Business Administration to pursue advanced negotiation techniques, earning a degree in the same field of study in 2013. In 2015, they attended The Cressingham College of Hypnotherapy and obtained a diploma in Clinical Hypnosis and NLP. Most recently, in 2020, Iman Lamrani enrolled in CIPD Qualifications and completed a Level 7 Certificate in Human Resources, specializing in Human Resources Development in 2021.
