Josephine Nneka Jemie

Josephine Nneka Jemie is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in IT service management and training. Currently serving as Manager of the ITIL Community Interest Group at itSMF USA, Josephine is also the Founder of the Adani Care Foundation, which focuses on improving the lives of underprivileged communities in Nigeria. As an ITIL 4 Trainer at Zindiak Limited, Josephine delivers accredited training while maintaining a leadership role as Founder and CEO of AstroData Systems, an IT managed services company. Josephine has held several influential positions, including Communications Director for Soroptimist International, where efforts were directed towards empowering women and girls. An active member of various organizations, Josephine also earned recognition for contributions to Eli Lilly and Company as a Business Integrator. Josephine holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems and Analysis from Howard University School of Business.
