Ashavani Kumar

Ashavani Kumar is an accomplished professional in research and development with extensive experience in material science and engineering. As Director of Research & Development at ITW Rippey since April 2023, Ashavani leads the development of next-generation pCMP cleaning products. Previously, as Senior Manager at Nanosys (2021-2023), Ashavani spearheaded product development for quantum dot materials used in display applications. Ashavani's career includes significant roles as Senior Manager at WI Lab and JUUL Labs, focusing on active components for vaping devices and new product development, respectively. Early contributions as a Scientist at Applied Materials involved laser process R&D and additive manufacturing, while work at Oceanit emphasized the development of various advanced materials and systems.
