Ahmed Hassan

Ahmed Hassan has extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Ahmed is currently working as a Principal Software Engineer at MathWorks since 2023. Prior to that, Ahmed worked at ITWORX from 2011 to 2023, holding various roles including Principal Software Developer, Senior Lead Software Engineer, and Lead Software Engineer. At ITWORX, they were responsible for building high performance, scalable, and reliable services, designing project modules and layers, and ensuring security and quality standards. Ahmed also worked at ITWORX from 2008 to 2011 as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer. Ahmed started their career at HP as an Associate Software Engineer from 2006 to 2008.

Ahmed Hassan obtained a B.Sc. in Electronics & Communications Engineering from Ain Shams University in Egypt, completing their studies from 2000 to 2005. In terms of additional certifications, they have obtained various certifications from Microsoft, including Azure Solutions Architect Expert and DevOps Engineer Expert in January 2022, Azure Administrator Associate in December 2021, and Azure Developer Associate in December 2021. Furthermore, they have obtained several Microsoft certifications in the past, including MCPD (Microsoft Certified Professional Developer) in SharePoint Developer 2010, MCTS (Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist) in SharePoint 2010 Application Development, MCTS in Web Applications & Windows Applications, MCAD (Microsoft Certified Application Developer), MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional), and MCSD (Microsoft Certified Solution Developer) in the years 2007 and 2011.
