Mahmoud Alam

Mahmoud Alam has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Mahmoud started their career in 2008 at Jadeed IT Solutions as a Software Developer. From 2009 to 2010, they worked at Wipro Infotech Ltd as a Software Engineer, where they focused on developing web applications and also got involved in SharePoint development activities. In 2010, they joined ESRI Northeast Africa as a Software Developer, primarily responsible for developing web applications using .Net.

Since 2012, Mahmoud has been associated with ITWorx, starting as a Senior Software Engineer and progressing to Lead Software Engineer and currently holding the position of Principal Software Engineer. This progression highlights their expertise and contribution within the organization.

Mahmoud Alam completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Faculty of Science, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, Mahmoud obtained several certifications including "Azure Enterprise Development: 2 Application Services" and "Azure Enterprise Development: 1 Governance and Infrastructure Deployments" from LinkedIn in January 2020. Mahmoud also obtained the "Certified SAFe 5 Practitioner" certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in December 2021.
