Mark Mansour

Mark Mansour started working at Itron, Inc. in 2018 as a Senior Software Engineer. Prior to that, they worked at ITWORX from 2006 to 2012. At ITWORX, they held various roles including Software Development Team Lead, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineer. In these roles, Mark led a team in designing, developing, packaging, and supporting applications. Mark introduced new technologies and tools, executed project plans and schedules, monitored project progress, and ensured team motivation. Mark also engaged with clients, gathered user feedback, managed technical activities, reviewed code compliance, administered hardware infrastructure, and supported users by fixing issues.

Mark Mansour has a strong educational background in computer science. Mark obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The American University in Cairo, where they studied from 2001 to 2006. Mark furthered their education at the same university and received a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their academic achievements, Mark Mansour also holds a certification as a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist in .NET Framework 4, Web Application, which was obtained in February 2012 from Microsoft.
