Salma Elkady has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Salma started their career at ITWorx in 2011 as a Software Engineer and later became a Senior Software Engineer. Salma'sresponsibilities included analyzing, designing, developing, and unit testing software applications. Salma also led and assisted other development team members. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of a Senior Software Quality Engineer, where they designed and developed test plans, executed test cases, and monitored deficiencies. In 2019, they took on the role of a Sitecore Customer Support/Content Manager and SharePoint Administrator/Content Manager at ITWorx. In these roles, they were responsible for day-to-day updates on Sitecore and SharePoint sites, provided onsite maintenance, and handled customer inquiries.
