Ashwin Rai

Ashwin Rai is a Senior Data Scientist and Project Lead at IVADO Labs since August 2020, with a previous role as a Data Scientist. Prior to IVADO Labs, Ashwin Rai was a Data Science Fellow at Insight Data Science, where a full stack automated ML and NLP product was built and deployed, targeting predictions of commercial success for new video games. Ashwin Rai earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Aerospace Engineering from Arizona State University, following a Master of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Purdue University. Further experience includes serving as a Postdoctoral Researcher and Research Associate at Arizona State University, contributing to projects in material analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling, along with a role as a Project Engineer at National Aerospace Laboratories in Bangalore. More than 20 technical articles were published in high-impact journals during this tenure.
