Pooja Thakur

Pooja Thakur has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and client engagement. Pooja is currently working as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner at Ivalua since November 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at Innoplexus from October 2021 to November 2021. From 2018 to 2021, Pooja worked at Hexagon Search, where they held various roles including Manager - Client Engagement, Associate Manager - Client Engagement, Associate Lead, and Senior IT Recruiter. In 2019, they worked as an RPO at Sigma Systems. Additionally, in 2015, Pooja worked as a Talent Advisor and Coach at Vyakta Consulting Services Pvt Ltd and as a Recruitment Intern at Minilec India Private Limited Pune.

Pooja Thakur completed their education in a chronological manner. Starting from 2010 to 2013, they attended Savitribai Phule Pune University where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a focus on Business/Commerce, General. Following this, they pursued a Post Graduation Diploma in Management in Human Resources Management at MIT School of Business from 2014 to 2016. Lastly, from 2016 to 2018, they enrolled in The Institute of Company Secretaries of India to acquire a degree in Company Secretary, although the field of study for this degree is not specified.
