Smail Rahmoun

Smail Rahmoun has a diverse work experience in software development and quality assurance. Smail started their career as a Software Developer at Galion Algérie SPA in 2010, where they developed a customer account management software. In 2011, they worked as a Software Developer at INALCA Algérie SARL, where they designed and implemented stock management software. In 2013, Smail worked as an Intern at Télécom ParisTech, where they generated Ada code for space launchers. Smail then joined the Institute for Technological Research SystemX as a Doctoral Candidate, where they focused on modeling efficient railway systems. In 2017, Smail became a Software Quality Assurance Consultant at CEREBRIS, where they provided support for software development and validation. Finally, in 2019, they joined Ivalua as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer.

Smail Rahmoun holds a PhD in Computer Science, which they obtained from Télécom Paris between 2013 and 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Distributed/Embedded/Real-Time Systems from Pierre and Marie Curie University from 2011 to 2013. Furthermore, they hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Université M'Hamed Bougara de Boumerdes, completed from 2007 to 2010. In terms of additional certifications, Smail Rahmoun obtained the ISTQB certification from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in April 2017.
