Tory Pitts has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different industries. Starting in 2010 as a Sales Extern at Mainsail Suites Hotel & Conference Center, they gained hands-on experience in sales. In 2014, they worked as a Recruiting and HR Intern at Noranda Aluminum, where they gained exposure to the field of human resources.

In 2015, Tory joined CoreTrust as a Sales Marketing Coordinator and later took on the role of Marketing Specialist. They then transitioned to an Associate Account Manager role in Strategic Accounts and eventually became a Sales Account Manager, focusing on National Accounts Manufacturing. During their time at CoreTrust, Tory contributed to enhancing member profitability by negotiating contracts and offering competitive pricing for non-production supplies and services.

In 2022, Tory joined Ivalua as an Account Executive, specializing in the Manufacturing sector. Ivalua's Source-to-Pay suite is recognized as a Leader by Gartner and utilized by over 300 leading companies globally. Tory's responsibilities at Ivalua involve managing client relationships and ensuring high employee and supplier adoption of the platform. Their goal is to provide value and meet the unique requirements of clients in the rapidly evolving landscape of procurement management.

Tory Pitts obtained a Master's Degree in Applied Communication Studies, specializing in Health Communication & Marketing, from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, Pitts attended Murray State University from 2011 to 2013, where they pursued a degree in Organizational Communication, with a focus on Organizational Communication/ Marketing.
