Bangsa Mahardika

Bangsa Mahardika, PMP®, is a Senior Planning & Project Control Engineer currently employed at Ivanhoe Mines, focusing on the Kamoa-Kakula Phase 3 Expansion Project. Previously, Bangsa led the planning and project control team at PanAust for capital and operational projects at the Phu Kham Copper-Gold Operation and Ban Houayxai Gold-Silver Operation. Experience at Freeport-McMoRan involved coordinating project scope and objectives for the Underground Mine Expansion and Ore Mill Optimization Projects. Additional roles include Technology Consultant at PwC for the development of an IT Strategic Plan, Mechanical Engineer at PT Timah (Persero) Tbk on a bucket wheel dredger project, and Facility Engineer at Chevron for heat exchanger design. Bangsa holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung, a specialization in Construction Management from Columbia University, and is currently pursuing a Business Foundations specialization at the University of Pennsylvania.
