Adhira Palkar has a diverse work experience, starting in 2006 as an IT - Call Coordinator at Benchmark Computer Solution Pvt. Ltd. From there, they worked as a Senior Trade - Call Coordinator at HP -Simtech Computronics Pvt Ltd until 2011. Following that, they were a Senior Sales Co-ordinator at Orient Technologies Pvt. Ltd. for a year and then moved on to work as a Senior Sales Co-ordinator at Microclinic India Pvt. Ltd. until 2013. Adhira then joined Tech Data as a Senior Sales Co-ordinator and worked there until 2017. Currently, Adhira is employed at Ivanti, where they have held multiple roles including Senior Analyst in Renewal Operations from 2017 to 2021, Sr. Sales Support Specialist & Deal Desk Analyst - Monetization Operations from 2021 to 2023, and currently working as a Renewal Account Manager.

Adhira Palkar completed their high school education at Parle Tilak High School from 1991 to 2004, earning a High School Diploma. Following that, they went on to attend Sathaye College (Mumbai University) from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a T.Y.B.A degree in Economics. In addition to their formal education, Adhira Palkar also obtained a certification in "Improving Your Listening Skills" from LinkedIn in September 2021.
