Andy Lea

Andy Lea has a comprehensive work experience in the field of user experience (UX) design and research. Andy currently holds the position of Senior Director, UX Design at Ivanti since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Infobip as the Director of Product Design & Research from January 2021 to June 2022.

Before joining Infobip, Andy was affiliated with OpenMarket as the Director of User Experience from April 2020 to June 2022. Andy has extensive experience at Ivanti, where they held various leadership roles, including Director Of User Experience from June 2019 to April 2020, Global Head of User Experience from April 2017 to June 2019, and Director, User Experience from April 2012 to March 2017.

Andy's earlier career includes roles at Bank of America, where they served as VP, UX Design and Development, EMEA from 2010 to 2012, Lead UX Designer, EMEA from 2005 to 2010, Visual Designer, eCommerce, EMEA from 2003 to 2005, Acquisition Platform Solutions Manager, eCommerce, EMEA from 2001 to 2003, and Conversion & Interfaces Lead – Consumer Finance System Project from 1999 to 2001.

Throughout their work experience, Andy has demonstrated their expertise in leading UX design teams, collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing digital design standards, and delivering optimal user experiences across a range of platforms and technologies.

Andy Lea attended West Cheshire College where they studied Information Technology, Communications, and Psychology. Andy also attended Christleton High School in Chester.
