Baiba Gaigra Cmiip

Baiba Gaigra CMIIP has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies.

Baiba began their career at SIA "Starastani" in 2004 as an Office Manager, where they remained until 2006.

In 2006, they worked as a Deli Supervisor at Nine one one.

Afterward, they joined Accenture in 2007 and held positions as a Collections Analyst and later as a Senior Collections Analyst until 2012. In these roles, they were responsible for managing collections processes for Microsoft partners in the CEE region and ensuring SLA's and KPI's were met. Baiba also trained new team members and acted as a deputy team leader.

From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Marin Software, first as a Senior Collections Specialist and later as a Global Collections Manager. In these roles, they managed collections portfolios for EMEA and APAC regions, resolved customer queries, and coordinated with other departments. Baiba also made credit recommendations for new customers.

Currently, they are working at Ivanti as a Credit Manager for EMEA. Baiba previously held the roles of Global Credit Manager and Senior Manager Global Credit.

Baiba Gaigra CMIIP has a diverse education history. In 2001 to 2004, they attended Riga Technical University, studying Business without obtaining a degree. From 2002 to 2004, they also pursued an Amateur Theatre Director program at Latvia College of Culture, earning a degree in Amateur Theatre Director and gaining experience in event management within Amateur Drama Theatre.

In 2011, they participated in the Greenhouse 2011 Leadership Development Programme. Baiba then pursued further education in the field of holistic wellness, completing a Diploma in Aromatherapy from Courses Direct in 2013 to 2014. Later in 2014, they attended Holistic College Dublin and earned an ITEC diploma in Level 3 Sports Massage and Holistic massage.

Turning towards business management, Baiba completed a Professional Certificate in Management from The Open University in 2017 to 2018. This was followed by a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration from The Open University Business School (OUBS), obtained in December 2019. Additionally, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Business Administration and Management, General from The Open University Business School, which they are expected to complete in 2022.

Baiba has also engaged in continuous learning by acquiring various certifications. These include Activating Culture to Produce Results and Connection in the New Remote Work Environment, Overcome Overthinking, Atomic Habits (Blinkist Summary), and Managerial Economics, all obtained from LinkedIn. Baiba also obtained a certification in Holistic Massage from ITEC in September 2014.
