Eric Serrahn

Eric Serrahn has an extensive work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Eric is currently working at Ivanti as the Regional Vice President- Enterprise Sales since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Avaya as the Senior Director Enterprise Sales, where they built and maintained a successful team of account managers and directors and managed sales, sales management, and forecasting for large enterprise accounts. Eric also developed senior-level relationships with Avaya's largest customers and alliances. Before Avaya, Eric worked at IBM in various roles, including Global Leader of Data Science and AI for Global System Integrators, WW Business Development Executive for IBM Analytics, and Channel Sales Executive for Netezza & Big Data. Eric also served as a Director of Business Development at RealEstate.com and a Midwest Regional Sales Manager at News Holding Corporation. Overall, Eric has demonstrated expertise in sales, business development, and strategic partnerships across various industries.

Eric Serrahn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and Business from Illinois State University. In addition to their degree, Eric has obtained several certifications including "Mentor" from Avaya in January 2020, "Cloud & Cognitive Patterns" from IBM in September 2017, and "Mentor" from IBM in January 2012.
